Thanks to you we have grown into one of the LARGEST dispensaries in Illinois, and we want you to know that our Patients are and will remain our top priority at THC Center.
Since January 1st, we have been asked questions by many of you about what has changed in the industry and what that means for you, our valuable patient. We want to let you know the answers to many of these common inquires:
- Do I have to wait in line?
- No, you never have to wait in line if you have a current State of Illinois medical cannabis card.
- Although adult use has been legalized, you ALWAYS get to skip the line.
- Medical patients skip the line by entering through the left door and by checking in at the medical check in.
- We have dedicated advisors and a minimum of five (5) dedicated registers (of our 13!) to serve your needs without the wait.
- Do I have to pay tax?
- No, medical patients do not have to pay Illinois state sales tax, which ranges up to 40% for adult use patients.
- Continue to come to THC and skip the tax!

- What about the news reports about product shortages?
- We understand and empathize with your frustration.
- We assure you we are fighting for you and are purchasing as much product, both medical and adult use, as soon as it becomes available, each and every day.
- As a medical patient, you will ALWAYS have access to the widest range of products available in Illinois.
- How do I know what’s in stock?
- We have launched our new website which displays our inventory availability updated in REAL TIME!

- New products are added and sold out products are removed instantly so you know exactly what’s in stock.
- You can reserve your product online, which will be ready for you when you pick up.
